ReplyDeleteI love being able to go outside for walks. Especially after Daylight Savings when it is still light enough for a walk before dinner after the Hubby comes home. I hate it when it is dark by the time he gets home! My boys love going for walks - it always calms them.

ReplyDeleteI have a neighbor who has planted hundreds of tulip bulbs, and every year, spring means her yard will be packed with tulips in every color. It's really quite stunning!

ReplyDeleteHere in snowy Minnesota, spring flowers bloom in April and May. My VERY FAVORITE spring things are watching for the forsythia to burst into yellow bloom and gathering bouquets of lilacs in the second week of May! In the meantime, I'll enjoy spring colors in my fabrics!

ReplyDeleteI love the colours about spring. Here in India spring is riot of colours. The trees have new leaves and most of these are different shades of green. Hills are decked with shades of red, crimson, orange with various flowers blooming.

ReplyDeleteEVERYone loves Kona. I finally broke down and ordered their color chart. No one in my area carried solid fabrics so I had to order online. So many times I would get fabric that I might have liked better one shade lighter or with a little more "blue" or something. YAY KONA!

My favorite thing about Spring, other than the fact snow is *hopefuly* gone is the day my Lilac bushes all open up. The entire front of my property is lined by my lilac bushes so with the amount I have, once they bloom, my entire house fills with their scent if the windows are open.

ReplyDeleteAwesome question! When my bulbs poke up and start growing I get all excited...I mean they usually get smothered by other things, but every year at least SOMETHING starts blooming to let me know spring is here! ;) (Wow I need to go start doing yardwork don't I?)
